Whilst contacting us please remember to fill in the
subject field appropriately. For instance, if you are contacting us regarding
advertising on our site then fill the subject field with advertising,
similarly if you have a question about our products then please mention
products in the subject field. If you are a member then always include
your username and email address so that your request can be answered as
fast as possible.
We always answer all emails. In fact we encourage you
to get in touch with us with your queries and questions. Our response
time is normally within hours however at times, due to unforeseen circumstances,
we might take up to 24 hours to respond.
