The Yakima Copperhead Bike Rack is a no-frills fork mount bike carrier that meets any budget. Works with all common tire / rim sizes and any size road or mountain bike fork (not compatible with disc brakes). Mounts directly to either Yakima base rack round bars or Thule square load bars. Not compatible with factory car rack crossbars. Yakima lock recommended (not included; to secure the bicycle inside the carrier. Quick-release skewer grasps any size mountain or road bike fork. If your bike has disc brakes we recommend the Yakima SprocketRocket or Yakima Viper instead. Great stability and ergonomics with aerodynamic fork block design. Connects directly to either Yakima round cross bars or Thule base rack square load bars. Please note the Copperhead is not compatible with factory rack crossbars. Fits all popular sizes of tires and rims. Completely secure at highway speeds. Lockable with Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock core (sold separately; see accessories below).
