We deal in the Flying Kites especially birds kites like Falcon, Cardinal, Blue Jay, Black Bird, Osprey, Sea Gull, Loon, Canada Goose, Blue Goose, American Bald Eagle, Mallard Duck Hen, etc. All our products are warranted for 90 days except damage caused by abuse, misuse or neglect. We require the product be returned to Jackite for review before any consideration for refund, exchange or return can be determined.
We do not recommend using the Jackite birds or poles in winds over 20 mph. Our Osprey did fly through a hurricane, read article, but this is not recommended
