Our company began manufacturing turntables when the president of national magnetic sensors, inc. Needed two turntables for his latest n-scale railroad. One needed to be large enough to handle “bigboys” the other was much smaller for his branchline. Large high quality north american prototype turntables were simply not available. It seemed reliable engines become common; dcc was at the cutting edge, but no one had come out with turntables that could reliably handle n-scale equipment, or other scale for that matter. The high quality turntables envisioned were a good fit for the custom facilities of national.
