Iron-based amorphous ribbon
Fe-based amorphous ribbon: Performance characteristics: With high saturation magnetic induction,high magnetic permeability,low coersive force,low core loss(equivalent to one-fifth~one-third of silicon steel),constant magnetic,low excitation current,good temperature stability and aging stability. Application: Mainly used to replace silicon as a variety of forms, different power-frequency distribution transformers, power factor correction inductors, small transformers, high power rectangular core, the output energy storage filter inductors, saturable reactor, interference filter inductor, IF transformer core, the working frequency from 50Hz to 10kHz; as a high-power switching power reactor core materials, the use of frequencies up to 50kHz. Production speciation: Thickness 0.02mm to 0.03mm,width 2.5mm to 170 mm. Customized size is also available upon requests. Physical properties:
