This store will honor any requests for exchange or due to manufacturers defect within 30 days of customer receipt. You must have the delivery agent note any visible damage to the exterior of your package upon delivery. (Including and not limited to: crushed boxes, wet boxes, partially opened or destroyed boxes, etc. ) If you are not present at time of delivery and notice such types of damage, immediately contact the delivery carrier to note this damage and open under their direction only. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. If you do not purchase USPS Priority Mail (Insured) or UPS services for your shipping method, you will Have No Protection from lost or damaged shipments. It is strongly recommended you select an insured shipping method for your purchase protection.
