DTM-bore is designed for only some model as BMW, smaller AUDI serie and some french type. It hase a racing effect whith its pure metal-shining and the simple tube, but the bending forces us to think: this car has got the power. After the change of the rear sport muffler the engine becomes more flexible, more "powerful", with somewhat higher final velocity, at better torque utilization. Its consumption in case of same use - in contrast to the beliefs - may increase by 4-5%, its sound - if the catalyser, pipe and center muffler are in perfect condition - gets a deep full-bodied tone, supposing larger engine. By the change of the center muffler, resp. by the change of the catalyser for accelerating muffler additional output can be obtained, though at somewhat larger sound intensity. It is advisable to keep the engine at higher speed (3-4000 1/min), and we can always drive a vigorous, flexible car at lower consumption. The exhaust mufflers do not require any special maintenance, it is expedient, however, to polish the chrome bores once per months with chrome cleaner, providing a protecting layer against the effect of water, salt, acid and low/high temperatures.
